Influenza A — Hemagglutinin (HA) on the Allen Orbital Lattice

Triplet resonance and higher harmonics recovered from BASE0123 / GC / KETO / PURINE masks on a circular domain.

Abstract

The Influenza A PR8 HA segment exhibits strong k = 3 periodicity (codon scale) together with families of higher harmonics. Independent analyses (FFT→spokes, ring‑wise Z, phase‑ring coloring, and number‑theory ticks) converge on the same angular geometry predicted by the ΛΦ duplex.

Notes

Spoke families at k ∈ {3, 6, 9, 12, …} match ΛΦ duplex expectation. KETO and PURINE masks show the same geometry, suggesting lattice‑level constraints independent of base identity.
